has been a while since we did a good Clinical Case as part of the
PRESENT Residency Insight, so tonight I would like to share the
following:
69 year old female presents with a
painful prominence dorsal 1st metatarsal and also makes mention of a
small area of ‘horseshoe shaped’ green / purple discoloration
distally on the 1st metatarsal. Review the clinical photo above and
make your best assessment of the green / purple discoloration at the
tip of arrow.
I am purposefully giving you VERY
limited history here because I want to see your ability to decipher
the information the clinical photo itself presents…
