APMA Annual Meeting:  Thanks for the Feedback

Much of the PRESENT team was at the APMA Annual Scientific Meeting last week in Las Vegas and we found it to be an extremely positive experience. The meeting attendance totaled over 4,000 persons and was very well received by all. The meeting was certainly among the best scientific sessions that the APMA has organized in recent years and the energy level was very high through the event. The wide variety of topics welcomed physician and other audience members into the lecture halls and the exhibit section was the gathering place for many.

Alan Sherman, DPM manned the PRESENT e-Learning Systems display in the exhibit hall much of the time and was inundated with positive feedback from residents, practitioners, program directors, and corporate partners. I also was very impressed with the number of people who stopped me in the hallways to provide positive comments on the work that we are doing with the improved content format, curriculum, and on line discussions. We certainly appreciate these comments and look forward to earning your continued positive feedback.

The APMA Las Vegas Meeting was indeed a very busy and productive time for anyone who attended. While we at PRESENT certainly take great pride in what we bring you via the convenience and universal access of the Internet, I think that the value of attending a high quality CME event will not be replaced anytime soon. There just is no substitute for the face to face interaction these meetings facilitate and the positive networking which directly follows…
