INSTRUCTIONS
How do I
change my program's PRESENT Enrollment to delete old residents and add
new ones ?
Your PRESENT Team has made it as easy
as possible for you to DELETE the old residents
from your program's PRESENT
subscription, and ADD new ones, so that all of
your residents can continue viewing the online lectures without interruption.
It's Easy
You just need to know your
New Residents'
EMAIL ADDRESSES. You then simply substitute your new
entering residents for your departing residents in our
Online
Enrollment System. Once you know the
New Residents'
EMAIL ADDRESSES, simply
CLICK on the following
LINK:
Enter your Access
Codes. If you don't know your access codes,
CLICK HERE
to be sent it via email
You then substitute the new resident's name
and email address for the departing ones. Assign them new Access Codes (Username and Password) so that the system starts
to collect new lecture viewership statistics for the new residents.
Hint:
use their email address for the Username...it's easy
for you and them to remember, choose a new Password
so that you can start tracking each new resident's lecture views and post-test
performance.
